Important Information


FAIR ACCESS MESSAGE:


Plan ahead... Come early.  Visit the fair and stay for the concert.  Traffic increases around 4:00PM daily as concert goers arrive. Plan for a full  day of fun and come early to avoid delays.


Due to the closure of Goldfish Farm Road for street work. New access routs will be in place to ease traffic congestion to the fair.  Please follow the detour signs along Knox Butte Road and HWY 20. Enterance to Linn County Fair parking will be off Knox Butte Road.


Additional parking will be available as space allows at Timber Linn Park near the ball fields.  These lots will be used exclusivly for fair parking.


Price Road will be closed to thru traffic at the north end of Timber Linn Park. Shuttle service to and from the main gate and parking lots will be available during fair hours.

FREE PARKING LOT SHUTTLES TO AND FROM THE MAIN GATE AND PARKING LOTS WILL BE AVAILABLE. WAIT TIMES FOR SHUTTLES WILL VARY DEPENDING ON DEMAND AND TIME OF DAY.

Two Locations:


Fair Information - Located just inside the main entrance to the fair.

Main Office - Located inside the Willamette building lobby.


PETS

Only service animals are allowed on the fairgrounds.

LOST & FOUND

Lost items will be brought to the Fair Office located inside the Willamette Building lobby.

WHEELCHAIRS

A limited number of wheelchairs are available for use during your visit to the fair. Wheelchairs are assigned on a first come first served basis. You can pick them up from the fair office located inside the Willamette building. 

PERSONAL ITEMS

To provide a safe environment for our Fair attendees and to expedite entry into the Fair, the Linn County Fair has implemented a policy that limits the type and size of items allowed to enter into the Fair. Exceptions to this policy will be made for all medically necessary items and diaper bags with proper inspection. Weapons, coolers, lawnchairs and alcohol are prohibited from entering the fair. No Skateboards / Bikes / Scooters or Rollerblades of anykind are allowed onto the grounds except those used for ADA purposes.
