LINN COUNTY HEREBY declares this Notice of Intent to Award a Contract to Cooper Lighting using an Interstate Cooperative Procurement pursuant to ORS 279A.220.


Procurement Description: Metalux LED lighting fixtures and Cooper lighting control hardware. This procurement includes energy-efficient LED fixtures, associated components, and lighting control devices. For more information go to www.linncountyfair.com/lighting


Estimated Cost of Procurement: $174,783.60 including shipping, programming and start-up costs.
